GUERNSEY employees actively serve in the communities in which they live. Each year GUERNSEY and its staff donate time, talent and funds to a variety of local organizations.

GUERNSEY is an active participant in fund raising for the United Way of Central Oklahoma. The United Way supports local communities by helping those in need. Programs include an elderly limo services with Daily Living Center, support of children on Medicaid, and emergency food and shelter for non-disaster related emergencies. GUERNSEY leads all other Oklahoma A&E firms in giving to the United Way. Each year, employees donate not only funds, but take time to go all out with events such as bedlam tailgate parties and parking lot carnivals.

Bob Spinks, United Way of Central Oklahoma President, had this to say about GUERNSEY, “The support of Guernsey and companies like it is crucial to the United Way each year. We value the partnership with Guernsey and the value it adds to the community.”

GUERNSEY also supports the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women program to fight and eliminate heart disease across the nation. Each year GUERNSEY participates not only in the National Wear Red Day in February, but also similar employee jeans days for additional donations to the cause.

Additionally, GUERNSEY supports the arts in Oklahoma donating money to various programs, including participating in the Canterbury Choral Society’s season program. A member of the Allied Arts of Oklahoma, the Canterbury Choral Society brings classic cultural music to Oklahoma.
