The GUERNSEY Security Consulting contract provides clients with services including all aspects of security design and consulting. Security Services are Federal Supply Service (FSS) Schedules offered by GSA to provide agencies with a streamlined procurement device to access total solutions for Law Enforcement, Security, Facility Management Systems, Fire, Rescue, and Emergency/Disaster Response.
Agencies are assured their procurements will meet the best value criteria for Government acquisitions, complying with all applicable regulations, including FAR provisions and CICA requirements, with no FBO synopsis required. Major advantages include easy access to commercially available services with pre-negotiated volume discount pricing and no FBO synopsis required! Under the FSS program, the procurement process is streamlined with negotiated rates and a variety of contracting options.
