Description of Duties / Responsibilities:

Provide utility privatization support to GUERNSEY’s Army Clients in numerous locations
-
Support is needed involving the following disciplines:
- Engineering
- Utility regulation, economics and finance
- Utility operation and maintenance
- Utility construction practices
- Utility project cost estimation
- Evaluation of utility ownership technical and pricing proposals

Position Qualifications:
-
Minimum of 3 years experience in professional field
- Degree(s) in Electrical, Civil or Mechanical engineering; Business Administration; Regulatory Economics; Environmental Sciences; Cost Estimation
- Ability to actively participate in numerous on-site meetings and teleconferences, and maintain adequate notes and documentation
- Excellent writing, communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to function well in a team environment
- Some travel required to client locations in Hawaii, New York, Maryland, Virginia, Kentucky, Georgia, Louisiana, and Alaska

BASE SALARY RANGE: $30k to $60 k
AT-RISK LEVEL: 4, 4.5 or 5
