Description of Duties / Responsibilities:
- Senior Project Manager
- Provide utility privatization support to GUERNSEY’s Army Clients in numerous locations
- Support is needed involving the following disciplines:
- Engineering
- Accounting
- Utility regulation, economics and finance
- Utility operation and maintenance
- Utility construction practices
- Utility project cost estimation
- Evaluation of utility ownership technical and pricing proposals

Position Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
- Four Year Degree(s) in Electrical, Civil or Mechanical engineering; Accounting; Business Administration; Economics and Finance; Law; Cost Estimation
- Knowledge of operation and maintenance of power/heat plants, steam distribution systems, water and wastewater systems, and electrical distribution systems is desirable
- Ability to actively participate in numerous on-site meetings and teleconferences, and maintain adequate notes and documentation
- Excellent writing, communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to function well in a team environment
- Some travel required throughout the U.S., including Hawaii and Alaska. Possible travel to international locations such as Tahiti, Virgin Islands, Guam, Kwajalein Atoll and Diego Garcia.
