Senior Privatization Consultants

• Senior Project Manager and Senior Client Relationship Manager
• Provide utility privatization support to GUERNSEY’s Army Clients in numerous locations
• Support is needed involving the following disciplines: 
  • Engineering
  • Utility regulation, economics and finance
  • Utility operation and maintenance
  • Utility construction practices
  • Utility project cost estimation
  • Evaluation of utility ownership technical and pricing proposals

• Minimum of 10-15 years of professional experience
• Degree(s) in Electrical, Civil or Mechanical engineering; Law; Business Administration;  Economics and Finance; Cost Estimation
• Knowledge of operation and maintenance of power/heat plants, steam distribution systems, water and wastewater systems, and electric distribution systems is desirable
• Ability to actively participate in numerous on-site meetings and teleconferences, and maintain adequate notes and documentation
• Excellent writing, communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to function well in a team environment
• Some travel required throughout the U.S., including Hawaii and Alaska
