Guernsey Welcomes Growth in Architecture Department

OKLAHOMA CITY – C. H. Guernsey & Company welcomes growth within the company and announces the addition of Bill Bontempi, Kim Cunningham, Scott Finnell, Frankie Gonzales, James Howard, Jason Hukill, Shawn Lorg, Bob McCombs and Tim Lowes to the firm's Architecture/Engineering department.
Bill Bontempi will manage, design and produce architectural projects as a senior project architect. Bontempi is a registered architect in the state of Oklahoma with a bachelor's degree in Environmental Design and a master's in Architecture from the University of Oklahoma (OU).
Kim Cunningham joins GUERNSEY as a project manager. Cunningham's experience includes design team management, construction administration support, project specifications and project cost estimating. He achieved his bachelor's degree in Architectural Design and master's degree in Architecture from Oklahoma State University (OSU). Cunningham is a registered architect in the state of Oklahoma and holds a National Council of Architectural Registration Boards certification.
Scott Finnell, a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design certified professional, is an architectural designer for GUERNSEY. He will lead and coordinate the design process from schematic design through building occupancy for new and remodeled facilities. Finnell received his bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Nebraska.
Frankie Gonzales, an architectural technician, will provide drafting support to project architects. Gonzales has a degree in Business Management from Langston University and has certification in architectural drafting and design from Platt College.
James Howard, a graduate of OU, comes to GUERNSEY as a designer and intern architect. Howard's main focus will be on architectural design and the production of construction documents.
Jason Hukill has been hired as an architectural designer. Hukill is involved in overseeing design and documentation of various government and private sector projects. He provides schematic design, code review, material research, design development and construction document production. Hukill possesses a bachelor's degree in Architecture from OU.
Shawn Lorg arrives at GUERNSEY as a designer and illustrator. His main responsibilities are to provide renderings and animations. Lorg is completing a bachelor's degree in Architecture at OU.
Bob McCombs joins GUERNSEY as an intern civil engineer. McCombs will provide civil engineering site design, task and project management. He retains a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from OSU.
Tim Lowes will initially concentrate his efforts on the design and production of engineering construction plans as a civil computer aided draft and design technician.
