Guernsey Appoints Officers

OKLAHOMA CITY - C. H. Guernsey & Company’s President and CEO Pat J. Carroll announced today the addition of Richard Hinkle, PE and Cindy Baker, CPA to the firm’s Board of Directors.
Cindy Baker joined the firm in 1990 and has served as Chief Financial Officer since 1997. She is a Senior Vice President of Utility Privatization Services and is responsible for coordinating utility privatization activities at over 300 military installations throughout the United States and abroad.
Richard Hinkle, PE joined Guernsey in 1989. Leading the firms electrical and mechanical engineering activities as a Senior Vice President, he has worked on projects at military facilities, schools, hospitals, airport terminals, correctional facilities, office buildings, sports facilities and various government projects throughout the United States.
The Board also promoted two engineers to Vice President, Ken Sullivan, PE and Sheldon Hunt, PE.
Ken Sullivan, PE has served as Project Manager and currently manages civil and structural engineering services in Oklahoma City. Mr. Sullivan, a Vietnam veteran, has worked on public, private and military projects across the United States, most recently as Project Manager for numerous projects at Tinker and Altus Air Force Bases and Ft. Sill.
Sheldon Hunt, PE has served as Project Manager and is currently Regional Office Manager of Guernsey’s Honolulu, Hawaii office. Mr. Hunt manages engineering, energy, environmental, and economic consulting staff providing military infrastructure, environmental analysis and energy consulting services in the Pacific Region.
