Guernsey Aids Hurricane Katrina Relief Efforts

OKLAHOMA CITY - C. H. Guernsey & Company (Guernsey) today announced it will match cash donations made by its employees to the American Red Cross for relief and recovery efforts in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. Guernsey is also coordinating an employee blood drive encouraging its employees to make blood donations in support of relief efforts.

Pat J. Carroll, President and Chief Executive Officer of Guernsey, said, "We are saddened by the tragedy that has struck the Gulf Coast region, but are thankful that our community has extended its support and its resources to those affected. We are also proud of our employees’ donations and assistance in the relief efforts. Our prayers are with those whose lives have been forever changed, and those supporting the rescue efforts.”
