Guernsey Adds Environmental & Architectural Staff

OKLAHOMA CITY – C. H. Guernsey & Company (Guernsey) recently added two new staff members to their Environmental Department, Mrs. Jackie Potvin and Ms. Kelly Coffman, ASLA; and one new staff member to their Architectural Department, Mr. Shane Foote.
Kelly Coffman is a project manager and landscape architect/environmental planner. Prior to joining Guernsey she was a project manager for a regional park system in central Ohio. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in landscape architecture. Coffman’s previous experience includes a 230-acre quarry reclamation for use as a park and a 1.75 million dollar children’s garden. For Guernsey, Coffman will be involved in a number of regional and urban planning activities, as well as environmental planning projects.
Jackie Potvin is an environmental scientist who previously worked for the Norman Economic Development Coalition. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in natural science with minors in geology and biology. Potvin will be addressing various environmental issues including regulatory compliance, site assessments, site investigations and NEPA planning.
Shane Foote is an architectural technician. He obtained his Associates of Science degree in architectural/structural design drafting. He is also an accredited instructor in Colorado where he spent three years teaching design drafting at a technical college. At Guernsey, Foote will be focused on assisting architects on multiple Department of Defense projects with design construction documents and cost estimating.
