GUERNSEY provided regulatory compliance and engineering design for renovations to an Oklahoma Military Department storm water drainage system. The location is used for fueling rotary and fixed-wing aircraft. The project consisted of:
- Establishing conveyance system connectivity
- Removing existing oil/water separator
- New concrete oil/water separator design
- Vault box design
|
Conveyance system connectivity was established using smoke-testing equipment and water-flooding techniques. Findings were recorded and engineering evaluations were made to address replacement or upgrading of existing equipment. Engineering design was provided to remove existing equipment and install a new integrated oil / water separator and vault box.
