Greenbelt Electric Cooperative of Wellington, Texas was approached by a large pipeline pumping load with a request for electric service. Guernsey worked with the customer and Greenbelt to negotiate a specialized cost-based rate and service contract. Guernsey provided cost of service, rate design and engineering support to the project. Today the customer represents Greenbelt's largest load.
