C. H. Guernsey & Company (GUERNSEY) was retained by the Southeastern Federal Power Customers (SeFPC) to monitor the ongoing Kerr 216 study of the Kerr/Philpott system and the proposed changes to its operations by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). GUERNSEY continues to provide analysis of the Kerr 216 study as well as relevant reports concerning hydropower operations, endangered species management, flood control, water quality and water modeling efforts.
