C. H. Guernsey & Company (GUERNSEY) was retained by the Southeastern Federal Power Customers (SeFPC) to provide technical analysis and support testimony against the Southeastern Power Administration’s (SEPA) proposed rate increase for the Jim Woodruff hydropower project. GUERNSEY has worked diligently on behalf of the Jim Woodruff power customers by analyzing historical generation data s as well as providing detailed financial analysis of the Jim Woodruff system.
