C. H. Guernsey & Company was retained by the South Carolina Office of Regulatory Services to provide ongoing monitoring of the construction of two new nuclear reactors (Units 2 & 3) at the Virgil C. Summer Nuclear Generating Station. GUERNSEY has been tasked with monitoring the complete scope of construction efforts including monthly budget monitoring and tracking scheduled milestone completion dates. GUERNSEY is also tasked with providing expert testimony during any and all public hearings before the Public Service Commission or the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
