C. H. Guernsey & Company was retained by the City of Lagrange, Ga. to provide expert witness and technical consultant services for the multi-district litigation efforts effecting West Point Lake. GUERNSEY provided extensive research and analysis in the areas of endangered species, habitat identification, reservoir operations and technical review and scoping of the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers proposed environmental impact statement. GUERNSEY was instrumental in preparing the detailed strategy to position the LaGrange and West Point constituency as an active and successful participant in the Corps EIS process and throughout the multi-district litigation procedures.
