Renderings
With the addition of color, shadow and texture, your project comes to life. Renderings give buildings depth and a project personality. They enable you to put your vision on paper for others to see and, as they say, “A picture is worth 1,000 words.”

3-D Modeling and Animation
Would you like to walk through a building that has yet to be built? How about flying over the top of a complex of buildings, many of which are still in the conceptual design phase? GUERNSEY can illustrate that and more. All things become three-dimensional in animation and modeling. Instead of just looking at a project, viewers experience near reality. You see how sunlight filters through a window, the view in a room both day and night, and how multiple buildings will interact on the same pallet.
