RFP Preparation
 GUERNSEY has extensive experience in the preparation of RFP documents. This preparation includes Planning Charrettes to validate existing DD Form 1390/91 or developing a draft DD Form 1390/91 which will be used to process through the command chain. GUERNSEY has experience producing “Uniformat” documents, “Bridging” documents and following DBIA’s “Best Practices”. GUERNSEY has also been a part of the “Technical Review Board” and after selection has provided review of the design submittals and on-site construction services to ensure that the RFP documents are followed throughout the design-build process.
