GUERNSEY’s privatization and outsourcing consultants are highly knowledgably of utility industry standards and practices, and several are Certified Energy Managers. Staff members have conducted numerous seminars, workshops and training sessions in all facets of electric utility engineering, and operation and management for utility executives both in the United States and around the world. These seminars have been held in the United States, Armenia, Bangladesh, Brazil, India, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Nigeria, Philippines, Russia, Ukraine and Zambia.
